I have known David Rose for over 14 years since McArtherGlen first awarded his Company the Facilities Management Services contract of the Designer Outlet in Swindon in 1997. There was strong competition from other Tenderers but it was clear that David was clearly passionate, committed and already previously had 26 years with Reckitt and Colman, specialising in this type of service.

Due to exceptional service provided, his Company then eventually won all 6 of the other McArthurGlen Centres in the UK, providing both pre opening and post opening services followed by ongoing services for our new centre openings throughout Europe on a consultancy basis.

David is a person who you can guarantee will give you the support, knowledge and expertise in the industry and in my opinion is second to none. After a few years in retirement he rejoined the Industry as a Director with Smartrak FM, who were awarded the contract for the Peel Group Shopping Center in Gloucester, where I was the Center Director, and most recently, he has been in China working for me as a consultant for the opening of Florentia Village new Beijing on behalf of the Italian Fingen Group where I am now Operations Director.
