Introducing Smartrak

Smartrak Facilities Management was formed in 2010 specialising in facilities support services, including contract cleaning and health & safety in the work place. In 2015 we diversified and expanded to appoint a full time human resources department with the addition of payroll services to offer our clients a fully inclusive HR and administration solution.

We recognise that to be successful, companies need to focus on their strengths without being overwhelmed and bogged down with staffing and administration issues, and by utilising Smartrak’s support it allows our customers to focus on their core business knowing that their most important asset is looked after… their employees.

We continually monitor our own performance against the requirements of legislation and best practice. At each of our sites rigorous audits ensure that any service companies we use are equally environmentally aware and committed before we enter into partnership with them.

We are so confident in our systems and procedures that we aim to have ISO 14001 Environmental Management Systems certification at all of our sites and to comply with ISO 9001:2000 Quality Standards.
