Meet the Team…
David J Rose
His background covers a knowledge of a range of Facilities Services covering over 40 years firstly setting up the Norwich Branch for the Industrial Division of Reckitt & Colman covering different locations before moving to High Wycombe as Regional Director dealing with ‘Blue Chip’ Clients and oversaw the Company’s acquisition programme.
When the division was sold Ridgeway Cleaning Facilities was formed dealing with major clients, such Blue Chip Company’s including McArthurGlen, Bicester Village and a range of major office complexes.
David formed Smartrak in 2010 after identifying a gap in the market place, utilising his experience within the facilities management sector via the Peel Group to operate at their Gloucester Quays and Lowry Outlet Salford, combined with other key contracts.
David’s expertise has also taken him to locations across Europe as well as China and America.
James has 15 years’ experience in the facilities management and client services industry with an emphasis on health & safety, recruitment and human resources.
James has previously worked with blue chip companies in the UK and USA.
Tracy has previously worked for Positive Lifestyles Limited and was actively part of their Senior Management Team. She had full responsibility of the South Wales Area and provided HR Advice and Guidance to 100 staff members, including 10 Managers and 4 Members of the Senior Management Team. She has been awarded the Chartered Fellowship Status of the CIPD.
Tracy has worked within Human Resources for many different sectors, working for Local Government (Councils), Housing Associations, Civil Service, Large Manufacturing Organisations, such as the Royal Mint and Tata Steel. She has qualified as a Lead Auditor after attending ISO9001 Lead Auditor Training and attained my NEBOSH – Managing Health and Safety Degree.
Nina is a qualified Financial Accountant who joined Smartrak Facilities Management limited in 2010.
Nina has over 20 years’ experience of working in finance and is responsible for the accounting and payroll functions of Smartrak Facilities Management Limited and she has controlled weekly and monthly payrolls in excess of 300 employees.
Health & Safety
Simon has worked for Reliance Security Services Limited as Projects Manager for BAE Glascoed and Prudential, and he also worked in partnership with Jennifer Griffiths Recruitment Agency, where he upgraded his training qualification to a 7303 Delivery of Learning. Here, he dealt with Conflict Management Training for companies and acquired the IOSH qualification in Health and Safety.
Simon is an experienced Health & Safety professional. He has previously developed Calibre Wales Training and HR with his wife, offering a consultancy service incorporating HR, Health and Safety, First Aid, Fire Safety and Manual Handling.
