  • To co-ordinate client requests relating to accommodation, conference and other related services ensuring the client's requirements are always met and revenue maximised.
  • To support the Client Manager in maximising account/contract by providing them with new and existing leads.
  • To assist the Client Manager to develop the business and maximise all opportunities.
  • To have a complete understanding of each company's organisational chart and their company values.
  • To ensure a high degree of client care is maintained delivering solutions that enable the client to achieve their aims.
