We have extensive experience in this field and with both Directors having daily hands on roles, we are able to utilise this experience. All our staff are trained to IRP Standards and work to these standards.

We also utilise our extensive network of business partners who work to our standards to ensure a far greater labour pool to pick from. The Directors even operate a ‘No Labour, Own Labour’ policy. Our own staff may fill your booking if the need arises.

We work with some of the largest employers in the UK and we are only able to do this because of the high standards we set ourselves.

The Directors, Carl McCulloch and James Richards have direct hands on experience of Managed Service facilities as well as the day to day running of recruitment desks.
